This is the 15th post in a series called 30 Second Tips. My goal is to show you how to do some neat stuff in 30 seconds or less!
Did you know that 3rd party apps that your friends use on Facebook can get access to your personal information? If that creeps you out just a bit, there is a way to limit what information 3rd party apps can access.
To get started click on the little triangle in the upper right corner of Facebook. Click on Privacy Settings.
Scroll down and click on Edit Settings for the Apps and Websites category.
Click on Edit Settings for the How People Bring Your Info To Apps They Use category.
Uncheck anything you don't want third party apps on Facebook to have access to.
If you or someone you know needs help getting the most out of technology please contact me.
