This is the 19th post in a series called 30 Second Tips. My goal is to show you how to do some neat stuff in 30 seconds or less!
When you purchase stuff online or perform a transaction with your bank you will receive some form of receipt or confirmation. On a Mac instead of physically printing them you can easily save them to your computer in one central location.
Click on File, then click on Print
Click on the the PDF button in the lower left corner.
Click on Save PDF to Web Receipts Folder
To access your saved receipts click on the Finder
Click on Documents and then scroll until you find Web Receipts. Double click on the Web Receipts folder for it to open.
Now you can go back and retrieve any past receipt or confirmation!
