  • Our hourly rate is $150 per hour. We have a one hour minimum for in home appointments. For remote appointments we bill in 15 minute increments at the same hourly rate. We offer a flat rate of $189 for services performed in our office like data transfers and computer tuneups.

  • As a small business, we prefer being paid via check since it helps us minimize the amount of credit card fees we pay. We also accept cash, Nice Guy Technology LLC gift cards and all major forms of credit card.

  • For in home appointments, we serve the following counties in the Twin Cities metro area: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington. We also serve Northfield area in Rice County, MN. If you live outside of those areas, reach out and we may still be able to help in person or via a remote appointment.

  • We can help resolve numerous frustrations, teach you how to use your tech, and advise on what to buy and how to save money on your bills via a remote appointment. We help people across the Twin Cities metro along with people who are living or traveling out of the state of Minnesota.
