  • This year we will be offering dedicated pick up and delivery windows. The plan is to offer two pickup and delivery windows.

    Pick ups will take place on Monday mornings with Wednesday deliveries and on Wednesday mornings with Friday deliveries. We may offer additional pick up dates and will communicate expected delivery date when scheduling.

  • After you purchase the Fall Cleanup Offer, you will be added to our list. Our Client Connection Team (Liz or Andie) will reach out in the order in which people purchased the Fall Cleanup Offer to schedule pickup of your computer. In past years, over half of the people purchased the offer on the last week possible. We anticipate this being popular so if you want to get your computer worked on sooner, purchase today!

  • We encourage people to attend live when possible. If you are unable to join live, a recording will be sent out via email shortly after the completion of the webinar. You can watch the recording whenever it is convenient for you.
